J. Ladd Greeno
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Greeno has been Chief Executive Officer and a board member of Quick-Med Technologies since 2007 and has served as chairman of the Company’s board of directors since August 2011. Previously, Mr. Greeno was president and CEO of Agion Technologies, a leading provider of ionic silver antimicrobials. Before joining Agion, Mr. Greeno held a number of senior management positions at the global management and technology consulting firm, Arthur D. Little, Inc. (ADL), including COO and senior vice president in charge of the firm’s North American management consulting business. Mr. Greeno received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.


Nam H. Nguyen, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Nguyen has been Chief Financial Officer of Quick-Med Technologies since 2004. Previously, Mr. Nguyen was a manager of financial controls of W.R. Grace & Co., responsible for its risk-based global audit plan for worldwide operations. He was vice president of financial reporting of John Alden Financial Corporation, with responsibilities for SEC and state insurance filings in the U.S. Previously, Mr. Nguyen was a senior manager for PriceWaterhouse specializing in the insurance and healthcare businesses in the U.S. and Europe.  Mr. Nguyen is also a Certified Internal Auditor.


Gerald M. Olderman, Ph.D.
Vice President, Research & Development

Dr. Olderman has served as Vice President of Research and Development at Quick-Med Technologies since 1997. He has over 35 years of health care industry experience, including 31 years managing product development teams and 25 years heading research and development for major product divisions at three Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Dr. Olderman was vice president of research & development for Surgikos, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company; and vice president of international & domestic development for Pharmaseal, a division of Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Dr. Olderman received a B.S. in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; and holds an M.S. in Physical Chemistry and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Seton Hall University.


Roy D. Carr
Director, Business Development

Mr. Carr has been Director, Medical Devices Business Development at Quick-Med Technologies since 2005. Mr. Carr has 20 years experience in sales and marketing, contract negotiation, strategic planning, manufacturing, new product development, and quality improvement in the medical device industry. Previously, Mr. Carr was Chief Operating Officer for Ferris Mfg. Corp., General Manager at Sterigenics International, and also worked in quality assurance management at Inland Steel. He has an MS in Physical Chemistry and an MBA from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
